Created in 1994 it has consistently provided elite level coaching and training for all of its members from those going on to be world champions in their discipline to our many regular and happy members who use it for fitness, self defence and for its welcoming atmosphere and camaraderie. Consistent high level, structured coaching and classes are a key part of the team’s success with the head coaches and founders of the gym involved in all parts of the training program, instructing in sessions from brand new beginners to our pro fighter program.? Each class is taught to the highest level with individual specialist coaches in Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Wrestling and scientific strength and conditioning.
