Our kids program (Gracie bullypoof) is a place where you child will gain awareness and unshakeable confidence, along with non violent self defence techniques and verbal assertiveness skills. Our adult classes (Gracie combatives) is a structured beginners program where you will learn the 36 core techniques in a fun, safe and cooperative environment.
