At GBTT Midlands we have classes for children from 4 years of age through to teenagers. Our younger students have a choice of Kickboxing and K1, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. We progress students through grading and belts, as well as giving them opportunities to compete. Get in contact to enquire about our classes that run through the week Monday-Saturday. As a part of our student classes we work on self-esteem, confidence and resilience. We are in affiliation with Evolutionary Mindset Ltd (specialist providers in mentoring and psychology) who have developed a bespoke character development programme for our students. This includes a word of the month that we focus on, talk times with the students and a homework sheet once a month. For our adults we have classes Monday-Saturday in the styles of Kickboxing and K1, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. As well as new beginners every day we have members who have been with us for several years and achieved their black belts through our grading system, and fighters who are competing across the country.
