Our fully equipped gym boasts over 5000 square feet of training space, featuring three boxing rings and two dedicated bag areas equipped with 16 bags. Additionally, we offer a functional fitness area complete with cardio machines like assault bikes, weights, battle ropes, kettlebells, and a pull-up bar. You'll also find convenient changing rooms, showers, and toilets available for your use. (All gym areas are wheelchair accessible). KO Boxing boasts a thriving amateur boxing section, and in 2012, it received a visit from its esteemed Patron, the legendary Ali family. The gym's amateur team, Arches ABC, has achieved significant success. Bill Judd, the founder and head coach, has consistently produced champions in various combat sports, including boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. He has guided athletes to become world-class amateurs and professional British, European, and even world champions. The most recent addition to their trophy collection this year is the Pro Box Intercontinental title.
