We are a Beeston-based Martial Arts academy, offering Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu classes in the heart of Nottingham. Founded by Black Belt Carlos Gomes, our mission is give everyone the opportunity to develop the confidence, self-belief, and fitness available through high-quality BJJ instruction. With Jiu-Jitsu classes nearly every day of the week, we cater for all ages, abilities and backgrounds, from teens to complete novices, all the way through to regular competitors.
